Sunday workouts
Legs felt better than I thought they would today so I did an hour spin class in the morning. Then hubby and I took out kayaks out to the river for about an hour. We went downstream for a bit then paddled back up (only 1 rig with racks) a few times. Went a little further each time. As scared as I was to start with, it went better than I thought it would.
