Happy with myself!
Hi all! I have to say that I am happy with myself. For the past few days, I have been diligent about tracking all the food that I have eaten in my food log, and looking back on the days, I am happy to say that it's all healthy food and reasonable serving sizes. I haven't really been able to work out as my knee is still healing, but yesterday I did swim in the ocean. If I had to measure the distance, I would say that I did an eighth of a mile. Not a lot, but it was a start. I could have done more but I got scared. All those damn Jaws movies. I still need to get my bloodwork done and make an appt with the nutritionist, but for the first time in a long time I feel like I may be re-gaining control instead of weight.
