65 minute spin on the stationary bike (25.8 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

3 mile run and 1/2 mile walk. A little achy knee and ankle after -- hope that doesn't keep happening!

 Ran 5 miles in 85 degree heat and 82% humidity...at 8:30pm!!!!
