ok why are my workouts really bad lately????

You may be overtraining as well. Remember: all fitness gains happen during recovery!

I find, at my age and with my body, that I can do multiple workouts in a day but I have to have TWO days off a week. I also absolutely must get enough rest. The food and water are important too but not as important as resting my body.

Thankyou for all your replies......it has given me alot to think about and I appreciate getting everyone's point of view.Especially since I do not know alot about training and working out
