Thursday Workouts

Took Lucy (the dog) for a 30 minute walk  this morning before it got really hot. Rode bike for 45 minutes, trimmed shrubs. Now relaxing in the A/C. Heat advisory is in effect for the rest of the evening.
I was invited to go to a 4 mile run/race. Glad I declined...

light day today, rest/travel day tomorrow before the big ride on Sat.

35 min of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
45 min spin on stationary bike (18 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Nicest weather day in months.  I napped during my scheduled run time and then walked 2 blocks to a bar. 

guess I'll try again tomorrow!  Let's call this an unscheduled rest day.

Thursday morning is my favorite spin class.  50 good minutes, but took it a little easy since the body still feels kinda tired...

Tonight was our club's "hill" route. I got a bit lost at the end so did some extra elevation. I was also .6 mph faster than last week!

 I did a 25 mile bike ride yesterday evening before the storms started.  Rest day on Friday and a 160 mile bicycle ride across Indiana on Saturday.
