Monday Workouts??
30 minutes on a recumbent at 14 mph.
15 min. eliptical to loosen up legs.
15 minutes weights.
Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

Overslept this morning and didn't make it to the pool, so I'll take a nice long walk this afternoon. Gonna be a beautiful day today!

I started a new class. It's not exactly Crossfit, but it's really close. I loved it!

I looked it up and the name is Core Chaos! but we really didn't do a lot of core work. We did a big warm-up with inchworms and black bands and bridges and something called an inverted squat.
Then we did a bunch of kettlebell work.
It wasn't true Crossfit because we didn't do sets for time or do the workout as fast as you can. But it was a lot of the same sorts of moves.

Very cool, I'm looking at it right now at Integrate Fitness in Mt. View...I wonder if it's the same kind of class. I need to step up my game!
