exercise goals!

3 - 200 mile bike rides
complete a 70.3 triathlon without walking.... Didn't get it this year
Learn to really swim  I want to do a full Ironman, but my swimming is the weakest part right now.
I need to get it from 1.2-2.4 without drowning, which if you had seen me swim is a real possibility.

 My exercise goal was to reduce my weight. I used to weigh 120 kilos. But I was lazy enough to achieve. I chose an easy way to achieve my goal stratzol, the weight loss pill which helped me to achieve my goal.
