Just heard this phrase for the first time today. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?

You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.

it's different.
It's about body position and foot strike on the ground.
I took an intro class on it.
You are kind of running/falling down.  You increase your speed by altering the angle of your body.  The more you lean forward the faster you go.

I would like to give it a longer session than the one night intro I had, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

i read half the book, go bored, and didn't fini****  i tried some of the techniques and it didn't click for me.  some people i know swear by it.  i guess it's up to the person if they go for it or not.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

It's similar to POSE running, which my coach teaches and I like it. It's supposed to make you faster and lead to less injuries in the long run.
