Thursday Workouts!
I hope it's ok to jump in and join you guys, since I got all whiny and needy this morning. I took it easy today, because I'm gonna hit it hard tomorrow.
60 minute power walk on treadmill, mid incline
100 crunches
20 push-ups
I have hip issues, but it's feeling so good right now, I'm itching to run...but I'm making myself wait till 3am!

10k program on the running/stride machine at the gym this morning and a 5k run after work & stretching
