Eight mile run early this morning.  Since I'm not working today I'm going to try and hit the gym later and do some weights.

So far, 1 hour elliptical. Still debating on getting a run in on the treadmill anticipating the grazing tomorrow!

EDIT - Got in a 3 mile run. No guilt about tasting the pie now! :)
