90 minutes crossramp. 30 minutes weights (upper bod and abs)

75 minutes of weights - back/bi's/shoulders
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I can't even imagine being on the treadmill for that long. Ugh.

I got in 50 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of yoga/pilates.
