My abs are a lot better than I ever thought they could be. I have a good bit of wrinkling/loose skin on my lower belly, but with a tummy tuck (I actually need a lower body lift), they would look killer. Don't mind the surgery scars in the pic.

I do almost no cardio. I am on a good weight lifting program and I eat well to support muscle development or prevent muscle loss, depending on my current goal. For abs I do hanging leg raises, weighted decline crunches, and planks. But keep in mind that good abs are a product of muscle  AND lower body fat. The stomach will never look defined if body fat levels are still on the high side.

Once my surgeon cleared me for a higher intesity workout I have never looked back. Though I had hit a plateau working out my clothes were still getting loose. My son has been my trainer.
I do 30 minutes of cardio on a the treadmill of a random workout. i walk very briskly and alternate with running. Then I lift weights. We focus on a muscle group.
I actually look forward to working out and feel so healthy. I am doing things now I never thought I could do and am getting stronger everyday.

Yes I feel very sexy!!
