Thanks for the giveaway! My favorite activity is walking, used to be super hard for me to do. Now I walk all the time. I hope to step it up to running soon and to face my fear of the gym! I'm loving being able to move more! ![]()

I stay active walking and yoga. Hiking is really nice way to exercise.
When I can I also love skiing, but I don't do that very often. .

I stay active by utilizing 2 gym memberships. One I go to pretty much for cardio and the other I go to for group classes and personal training. I have found that the group classes hold my interest more but when they don't fit into my work schedule I go to one of the "big box" gyms to at least get my cardio in.
