217.0 Last Week
219.1 Today

Not what I wanted, but was expecting it. With the cold blast there was some mindless eating out of boredom. Then last night a party at a friends house. I ate way too much without realizing it. So I paid the price this morning.

Cooking up some cabbage soup right now, it will be a healthy in between meal snack.

Good week to all

Last Week 192.2

This week 185.0

Trying to get back in the swing of things. Between a breakdown and some brutally cold weather it was a challenging week. Had an employee meeting at the warehouse so had to make the trip 6 times this week. Glad my regain team seems to have ceased. Hope all are having a great weekend.

Yea, that's it, that darn tissue paper!

I'm ok with it. I'm in a battle and sometimes I'll advance and sometimes I'll retreat but hopefully in the long run, I'll make inroads in this battle one inch, one pound at a time. The key is to be honest and accountable so that I never get back to where I was before. In all of us, our overeating is more than just a hunger issue. So journaling, sharing, taking accountability helps us to pinpoint not just what we are eating, but even more- so what's eating us!

I was also shocked to see the Jets win, and happy to see Alabama lose. Both were competitive games, albeit battle for the college top spot vs bottom with my NFL home teams.

I wouldn't worry about the weight - the .2 could just be tissue paper stuck to your butt. I usually allow for a couple of pounds variation as normal range based on hydration levels.

It's impossible to follow the story due to all the pop up ads and junk media blasting. I will say it's great they took off the weight w/o wls, but I'll wait for the follow-up story 5 to 10 years later to see what they look like and how much willpower remained in their day to day life.

I think Bob is right. You still have a lot of body adjustments going on at this stage. I can gain 7lbs in a day pretty easily, but it levels back off over a week or two. At your stage, I had other issues like dizziness if I stood up too quickly, and a lot of vitamin balancing adjustments.

Last week: 247.5

This week: 247.7

Gained .02 lbs-not too bad. Not an eventual week in any way other than just off routine. JETS actually beat the Giants and LSU won! Kind of in funk with this weather and early darkness but not an excuse. Just haven't been motivated to get on the wagon which is strange since I KNOW this time of year is my worse eating wise and until all these Halloween goodies are out of the office it will be torture! For now just need to stay under 250 and then make a big push to get under 245 and remain there for a while. Baby steps, journaling, exercise, good food choices. Journey of 1,000 miles begin with our first few steps!!!

Morning, all!

LW 213.6

CW 217.2

Away at an offsite conference last week equaled too much restaurant eating. Good news is that I think I am done with work travel for the year. This should be a better week. We caught the Midway movie yesterday and would recommend it.

ESPN College Gameday will be at Baylor next week, so Daughter and friends are working on their signs.
