Woke up this morning to find this between my neighbor and my house. He just left Friday to go to Canada for 11 days. I think he is going to have to cut it short as it is his tree. I thought I heard a thud in the middle of the night, but figured it was a car door. Fell right between the houses, no damage!

Wifey happy refrigerator is FIXED!! However, dishwasher is still fubar'ed despite a new pump.
Boss having surgery this week. Means I'll be putting in some hours while he's out of commission.

One of our 3 shuttle drivers is out with the plague and another just quit. We only have one substitute available. So it's going to be a busy week. Cooked up some steaks this weekend. Not my strong suit, I'm more of a soups and stews guy with occasional forays into the mysterious world of baked goods, but they came out okay. I know I'll have to hand in my man card if anyone finds out I don't like grilling so keep it on the downlow.

Did a lot of yard work yesterday. Trimmed up shrubs and raking out from under them. This is the first time we have ever seen ticks on the dog. Not once but three times. There are a lot of deer around, but rarely get in our fenced back yard. I started spraying the underbrush with some non toxic to animals but toxic to bugs spray. Smells like peppermint. Hoping it works.

Almost certain it is dust, smoke or something else that came in on the wind last week causing the problem but will run get Covid test done to rule it out though. Managed to row and did push mowing part of yardwork yesterday.
Dishwasher is fixed but fridge is not. Had to reschedule till this week for it.

Find out today my boss has got some sort of bacterial infection going on in his gizzard and his teenage daughter that lives with him has Covid and 104 degree temperature. Needless to say me and the me and the other three officers getting little tired.

Boss's boss (grandboss?) jumped ship/got pushed overboard at the end of last week so there's mayhem and chaos at work. Other than that not much going on.

Sorry to hear about fridge issues. I pretty much have them all the time. During Xmas I had water buildup due to a drainage problem that eventually lead to needing a new compressor. I spent the holidays without a working fridge due to a crappy Sears repair job. Sears finally fixed the compressor they broke during the repair but I had to wait a month. After a short time, the drainage issue started back and now I just live with it.
I do not blame you for relishing in the solitude! What's the saying about house guest and fish - both need to be thrown out after three days! 
Nobody local works on LG's so Sears is doing the repairs. Appliances were bought at a Home Depot about 9-10 years ago when X2 want to replace all of X1's almond-colored appliances with stainless steel.
