Late Happy Fathers Day! @Don, my father would have also been 88 now and despite being physically gone, I still feel his presence.
Weight & exercise are good, probably down a couple of pounds. I eat a lot more fruit and veggies this time of year since they taste much better, and combined with more outdoor activities, I always seems to do better managing weight about now.

Still working lots of hours. Have to head in early tonight for a mini crisis. Son has Covid so I'm testing daily right now. I have a cough and a head cold but still testing negative.

That's not good! Picked back up what I was down and then some. Weight Loss is marathon and not a sprint!
Happy Father's Day to you Dads!
Mine would have been 88 today. This would have been a "Trifecta" year. Birthday, Father's Day and Juneteenth all on the same day. Yes, we had fun with it!
Have a Great Week, Gentlemen!! ![]()

Realized I had forgotten to post after I went to work.
40 degrees big difference!
The NIL and transfer portal need to be reconsidered. Supposed to be there to get an education not just playing time.
I'd get a lot of tickets on that toilet.
My weights back to a normal base range so no +/- which is good. I spent the past few days in Austin at a tech conference, and the temp averaged about 106 each day. I forgot the US could get that hot. When I landed back in NY, the temp was 40 degrees cooler than when I took off from Texas.
I'm looking at creating some Name-Image-Likeness business for college athletes. The NCAA is in for a sh$t show with most schools now expecting to have payrolls for athletes in the 3-5m range on the low end, and 10 to 15m for bigger schools.
At least the smaller programs with rich alumni will be able to compete.
