Lol, this is my new achilles heal.  Sometime after the age of 42 my brain quit processing homophones, and my fingers simply type the first one that pops in my head. Thanks for the call out- I totally agree about it being annoying!!  Now my poor spelling- that I don't usually bother with unless spellcheck kicks in.  Not that I am horrible, but I am the typo queen for sure.  ;)

Yep- it was continually cited as the reason I made it to goal... that cancer somehow magically made it easier for me.  Because everybody knows that if you eat over 800 calories and over 40 carbs you absolutely positively are doomed to fail, so ergo it must be the cancer that made me lose weight.  No mind that at the time it was skin cancer and the steroids do the exact opposite of promoting weight loss.  Not to mention the months of recovery where I couldn't exercise (a MAJOR coping tool for me).  But no big deal.  That is why I blocked him. Now if he spews that **** I am blissfully unaware.

Ringo reminds me of my Sydney, who used to love hair ties.  In fact, he'd hide them in the food dish, and then in the middle of the night he'd jump in bed with me, wake me up by patting my nose, and expect me to toss the hair tie across the room.  Yes, he'd play fetch!

Thanks Pam!  Silly or not, I believe that our pets have been with us forever, and will come back to us, albeit in different forms.  I still feel cats jumping on my bed at night, and sometimes Grace acts so out of character for her that it feels like one of the other cats has temporarily taken her over!

Losing them is the most painful thing ever, but having years and years of unconditional love and kitty kisses is worth it!

I've got a few, yet since this is a WLS site, I'll limit them to WLS forum peeps: 1) Pre-ops who know it all and give advice. 2) People who ask questions then argue with the responses they get. 3). People who tell other people how to post. 4) Tattle tales. 5) People who are nasty while calling out other nasty people: hypocritical much? 6) Serial deleters.

Another good post and I agree with everyone's pet peeves.

I don't have cotton issues but I can't stand to touch hamburger meat!  LOL

Lastly, I wish people would treat their pets with dignity and have them live inside your home....including CATS!  No reason, at all, for cats to live outdoors.  There are litter boxes or just don't have a cat or dog if you can't take responsibility for them.  It is cruel and inhumane to these animals.

Oops, one more...people should wear arm anti-persperent...
