Yeah, that's what we think! He's a bit bigger than a "standard" corgi (AKC says 30lb and he weighs just under 40). We also found a picture of his mom, since someone dropped the whole family off at the shelter, and she was white with brown spots so that makes me think there's some sort of cattle dog or maybe even spaniel in the mix. :)
