Hi,
I am almost five years out form VSG surgery. I have been maintaining for the last 4.5 years within a ten pound window. Today I hit my low goal weight (again) and I am sure not for the last time as over time things change and I keep needing to make appropriate adjustments. VSG has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I have no regrets at all. Sometimes, I have silly random thoughts, that have nothing at all to do with VSG, and it will be great to have a place to share them. Beware, pictures of cute puppies, hats, shoes, and very serious perfume discussions could all end up here at strange hours of the day.
I'm so sorry you have had such a hard time. Sure hope things get better for you next week!

look up toms online. Lots of selection and they donate a pair of shoes to a child in need for each pair purchased.

The pinger has a minimum battery life of 30 days. It's expected to last 40 days or even longer in most cases. I'm hoping for the best!

I will be Nanny or Nana Kim as that's a traditional family thing for us - my son is getting married this summer, and I suspect I will not be waiting too long

Netflix is a great way to watch a Tv series. You don't have to wait for the next week or the next season. Grab some popcorn sit down on a Sunday and enjoy!
