Topic: RE: Small but profitable investment

Actually, crypto could still be an excellent investment if you have little money. Have you tried investing in stocks? Personally, I love real estate, so I invest most of my savings in it. Actually, I don't, but my finance manager from thefinitygroup.com does. I'm a doctor, so I don't have enough time for that stuff. IMO real estate is the most profitable investment. As for crypto, it's less stable, but you can earn twice more money by investing in it. You should study different niches and try investing in one you like. Don't miss an opportunity to get a specialist's advice on that.

Though it's been a long time since this thread was started, the request is still relevant. I need someone to manage my investments instead of me. Any recs are appreciated.

I have some sad news but will be beneficial for me , my kids, and my weight loss journey. We will be moving to New York with my aunt so I can get away from the negative vibes in Texas and have a fresh start in New York with my aunt. To me moving in with my aunt will help me with my weight loss journey because she had gastric bypass surgery and lose over 100 pounds so she will be a key to my journey on getting health. Wish me luck

Topic: RE: Does Salt Matter?

Eating a lot of salt is not good for blood pressure and also for the heart. People say that because of this you can smooth out, but scientists have not yet proven this. Therefore, when I lost weight, I didn't eat foods with a lot of salt. I did a lot of sports, used various supplements for weight loss from Canada Drugs, drank a lot of water and ate healthy food. All this helped me to reach this result that I have now.
