will definitely look for them.  I love the idea of them on a salad or a wrap Erica, at work after heating the microwave.  Doesn't get any easier than that. hmmmmm.

Well halleluiah!  I'm 12 days post-op and kinda having a freak out about what I can get down....I know I know I'm early out.....just having a moment.  So nice to see that I'll be able to eat something of substance later on.  I did all my research and thought I was prepared but didn't think I'd actually survive on soooo little.  Maybe I'm having yet another food funeral or something?  I'm gonna go and sip sip sip now...but good find!  I'll have to bookmark this....thanks for the tip and the inspiration.

It takes A LONG time to get used to how little you can eat (comparatively) and still survive.  Feeling full from 3 teas of soup made me excited first, terrified second, and apathetic third! LOL

Pretty soon, you'll get so used to those small portions that it will seem normal.  Until someone else freaks out and points it out!  Or until you see some "normal" person mowing down a double burger and fries and you almost puke.

That's awesome!

It reminded me of the flyer I got in the mail this week from KFC, they are introducing skinless fillets. "Healthy KFC" tee hee.

OMG - healthy KFC.  That's like "honest lawyer".  World's worst oxymoron!!

Question - are they skinless and then deep fried? LOL
