Sugar Alcohols- Chapman sugar free popsicles

The popsicles I bought are sugar free but have 4grams sugar alcohols in them...What does that mean?? Can i have these? they are the chapamans sugar free popsicles.

Yes, these are the ones I buy - I have 1 every evening. 

Right now I'm loving the Chapmas Chocolate yogurt probiotics, YUM!!!  1/2 cup is 3.5g fat and 12g sugar and I'm loving it every nite for dessert!

is this product NSA 12g seems like a lot of sugar we were told no more than 2g and I cannot even drink OJ the natural sugar is nasty for me

Sugar achohols are a sugar substitute. They are ok in moderation. The nutritionist at Guelph explained to me that too much may cause diarrhea and some people do dump if consumed in LARGE quantities but it's not common. You will love your popsicles, i do

 Hi Yes you can have those sugar free posicles with the 4 grams of sugar alcohols  in them.i had the brand by chapmans and i had no problems with eating them some people that eat things that are sugar free get the runs beause they use things like splenda ,equal and they are sugar subsatutes.good luck with your weight loss journey.i am sending you  hugs and positive vibes for a successful weight loss jorueny.

Just make sure you can handle SA's before you load up ...They're just hell for me now

I am just starting Optifast today and just want to make sure that I can have them while on Optifast because of the sugar alcohols. Did any of you have these while on Opti? and did you still lose weight?
