What vitamins does Guelph get you to take?

I just saw the post from GDS that vitamins are 2 for 1 at Rexall and I have to go there after work today. If anyone could give me some advice on which ones I could buy in advance, it would be appreciated. I probably won't have surgery for a few months yet, but can't hurt to be prepared and I'd like to start stocking up while they are on sale.

I take Materna! I did not take anything until I was about 8 weeks out if I remember correctly.

Dr. Pereira Hong has me taking a maternity vitamin, plus a calcium with vitamin D supplement. She told me to start taking them at 6 weeks out.

I just had my surgery but i can't take them yet, but Guelph wants us to take a prenatal vit, and 2 calcium a day

Hi, I am taking 2 multi vitamins. I got the life brand chewables. I take one vitamin B12. from Jamieson, I have to crush. I take liquid calcium citrate with vitamin D. from Webber.

Calcium Citrate - Make sure it's citrate, it's the only one RNY can absorb 1000 mg day
Materna - Walmart brand is cheaper
