Gigantic WOW for me at the gym

Today after my session with my trainer, I went on the tredmill and ran for 25 minutes straight. I couldn't believe it. A month ago, I couldn't run 10 seconds let alone 25 minutes. Feels like victory with a capital V .

That is awesome. I hope I get to that point some day. I can't walk any great distance without my knees hurting. I hope that changes after surgery. Keep up the good work.
