My last meal - Optifast tomorrow!!!

The beauty of the magic bullet is that it is exactly the right size. You can half fill the cup with ice then add your opticrap, flavourings and water or coffee. Blend and viola. Yours for the chugging.

Fill the cup with ice and its more like the frozen smoothie or you can put a lid on it and take it to work for your lunch.

 I love the family atmosphere on here!  Thank you so much for all of your posts!  So, I have a few questions....can you put full size ice cubes in the bullet?  Also, the Bulk Barn stuff...is that sugar free?  I haven't heard much about those...I have both vanilla & chocolate.  Mostly vanilla though.  Is it that gross that I need to chug it?

Hope Optifast goes smoothly for you!!! I start opitfast on Wednesday, I have my magic bullet and Blender on the counter ready to go!! I bought little tubes of flavoring from the grocery store. When is your surgery? and where are you having it done. I am having mine done in Guelph on the 11th of May. Is there anyone having surgery that day in Guelph?

Have you planned a "last meal"?  My surgery is May 17th and it's at St. Joe's at the Queensway in Toronto.  I don't have anything else for my Optifast for flavourings.  I hope the crystal light works well!  Good luck to you too!!!

 Oh, will I have to worry about constipation or will I have the Optitrots?? I am also very worried about this stage Emmiepie.  I am not worried about the surgery at all!  "Opticrap" - that's funny!!!!  Doesn't give me much hope for the taste!  Bring it on Opticrap, I will take you down....3 weeks of it!  Holy ****!!!

Im on day 6 of Optifast and so far so good! I just purchased a sports bottle and it works fine. 10 or 15 shakes with ice water does the trick. Tonight I decided to experiement and I added a single serve cherry Crystal Light to the mixture (chocolate) and it was pretty good. Tomorrow ill try tangerine and chocolate.

Were both doing three weeks and were both in Kingston. If you see anything good out there for mixing let me know K? Ill do the same :)

Can they be shaken in the magic bullet?  doesn't that have a secured lid?  Shawn, you don't blend your ice? You just drink it with ice?  I don't think I've heard of cherry Crystal Light.  I have mostly vanilla Opti so I have a bunch of CL on hand to choose from!  I promise I will let you know if there is anything I find out about that will help us!  Any hints for the first few days??

The Magic Bullet is a small electric blender. If you want to shake it up in that you can but the cord may whack you in the face a few times LOL

I dont use ice. I gulp it down and get it over with immediately. Its not an enjoyable drink really. If you have mostly vanilla I can trade you some chocolates if you like.

 I know that!  I am just thinking that I don't need another cup to keep it in, I can use the containers from the bullet after I have first blended them & shake them later as needed while at work!  I will keep you informed re which I prefer ok!!!  You are funny!!  I wanted to respond by calling you a Douche, but I didn't want to offend!  (it's my fav word!)
