Okay...maybe not, but I think this is a pretty kick-ass cake if I do say so myself. I can't wait to show Olivia in the morning. I can't believe she's six already!

Thanks for all of the tips and advice. In the end, I didn't need to carve the cakes at all. The both came out with a pretty rounded tops- the perfect shape.
