Guelph surgery times

Hi all Im new on here and was hoping someone could help me out with surgery times in Guelph.
My Dr referal was March 2010 and orientation Sept 2010.  First appt Dec 2010 which is what they tell me they go by for surgery.  In March I was told it would probably be July for surgery.  Now I finally have an appt for the group diet clinic for June 28th but still no appt with the surgeon.
Anyone else from Guelph on here in the same spot as me?
I really just need to figure this out for my mom to tentatively plan her summer so she can be with me, if I get it this summer, God I hope so!

There are a few from Dec 2010 who are still waiting for that call. But it seems like the they are just getting to those from Dec. It'll come, a little more patience.
 I'msure they will chime in.

I know Guelph is very backed up right now.

I am also going through the process with Guelph and our time lines are VERY close... I was referred in March 2010, my orientation was Sept 16th, my first appointments were December 9th, second appointments were on Jan, 31st 2011, I just attended the nutritionist class on May 10th, 2011 and now I'm waiting to see the surgeon. But a woman that I talk with on here, her start date was Dec.2nd and she got the call on Friday to meet the surgeon for July 11th..so we should be getting our calls very soon!!

What was your date in December?  Two of us from December 2nd just got called on Friday.  Our surgeon will be Dr. Reed and we meet him on July 11th

My date was Dec 21st so its helpful to know that people from early Dec are being called.  I did get the call to attend the dietary class on June 28th but so far no date to meet the surgeon.
Hey Lovin life I would have been in the same information class as you.

its crazy how this system works.. my referral was sent Feb 03/2010 and my orientation wasn't until April 07/2011 and that was for Guelph  first apt with nurse and dietitian is July 4..   i was told at orientation that our group that was were prob wouldn't see a surgeon till fall/winter
