What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Morning all :)
Day 2 of the 5dpt for me, so the menu (such as it is) is a little "off". Working and thinking that I really should take a week off before the entire summer is gone. Not to mention that I have 4 1/2 weeks to use up, but I digress. Ooooh, shopping at Mark's last night after work - they're running out of stuff for the BOGO, girls - get in there quick!
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - nothing, not hungry
L - Tim's iced coffee, no base, protein shake added into it
S - cream of mushroom soup
D - cream of broccoli soup with a sprinkle of parmesan on the top
S - not sure - protein shake if I'm so inclined
All vites on track - I think I've finally conquered my aversion to "pill taking". lol

Good for you about the pills.. and the vacation idea too!
B: 1/2 cup jello and 1/4 cup apple juice - diluted with water
L: 1/2 cup beef broth and 1/4 cup jello
D: 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup white grape juice - diluted with water
Snacks: s/f freezie, s/f popsicle, juice
Doing: Treadmill every once in a while up to 30 minutes and going to tackle some dishes! LOL First housework since surgery!

Not hungry but you eat rice when you do choose to eat? Throw the rice out and eat something with protein instead. I get the not hungry part but when you do eat, it shouldn't be rice so smarten up and you know I will smack you. We only live a few miles apart.
I"m not hungry either, Mike. Haven't been since surgery. But I STILL EAT. Force myself? Yes, sometimes. Because I know that not eating is well....... starving. You have a follow-up this week, don't you? I think it's time to talk to them about this and decide if it's a physical problem or if you've somehow developed an aversion to food.
