I am sitting here in my room for my sleep study. There are 9 bedrooms here and 8 out of 9 of them have double beds but 1 has a single bed - they stuffed my arse in the single bed!! I am the only obese person here tonight and here I am in a bed that my feet hang off the end and if I reach over to scratch my butt I'll fall right out! You'd think the fact that my referral came from the bariatric team they would have clued in : (

It's going to be a long night

That is horrible. When I went for mine 2 years ago they adjusted who got what room as people came in. Like others have said good luck sleeping. When I went they had to keep coming in because the machine they put me on kept breaking even when they changed to new ones. I'm hoping I don't have to have done again.
All the best
Heidi

Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.

My first time was actually in a comfortable bed and that was in Bowmanville,  my 2 year checkup i decided to do in whitby and I might as well have slept on the floor - at 5 in the morning i pulled the plug - i hurt so bad i couldn't lay in that bed any longer.  it was disgusting.  I"m  sorry you're so uncomfortable, it sucks big time.

Both of my sleep studies I probably got 4 hours combined. I'm shocked you posted. I checked my cell phone once and told me to turn my phone off. Good luck!
