Sorry to hear that your new meds are making you feel sick. My plan is 50 min run on treadmill with a 20 min sprint and than kickboxing class. After that maybe a swim. Not a work day for me today.

b smooth with protein mixed in it
S peanut butter with 4 crackers
L thin bagel with peanut butter
D homemade sauce with pasta. I be lucky if I get a 1/3 cup in.

Whey protein shake- chocolate with 1C 1%milk and 1/4C Frozen Raspberries

Hi everyone!  I'm home from vacation up a couple of pounds, so back to planning and tracking.  I'm still having trouble with some foods, esp. dense proteins - it is what it is...

Work today, aquafit at lunch and visiting my daughter & granddaughter tonight (yay).

B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, skim latte
S - 1/2 c yogourt,  1/4 c granola/almonds
L - beef and bean chili
S - protein shake
D - ordering indian - hold the naan and rice ;-)


   
      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

I am finding working afternoon shift difficult to eat in a timely manner.

B- 2x's coffee blk

S- slice of turkey breast wrapped in a slice of edamer cheese

L- protein shake

S- orange

D- chicken fresh veg wrap with home made tzatziki

Having a bit of trouble with my eating and loosing of weight lately.  I'm in a really long platueau, which is normal for me, except that I am running on average of 15-17km a week now.  With all this added exercise, I was wondering why I wasn't loosing.  Then I started tracking my food.  Interesting results.  Yesterdays totals were: 625 calories, 22 grams of fat, 72 carbs, and 70 grams of protein.  I am totally not getting in enough calories, and my carbs are way high.  I knew my carbs would be high because the carb monster has comsumed me.  Ever since I started running, I am craving carbs like crazy! 

Today's menu:

B- Vita Top Muffin, Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte

S- mild capacolo and a cheese string

L- Weigh****cher's Salisbury Steak

S- FF Cottage cheese with berry puree, green grapes

D- Baked porkchop and apples

S- Nectar Protein shake.

(even still, the carbs add up to 63  with the biggest offenders being the ity bitty  muffin top, and the latte- Arg!!!)

Whole Foods is great for finding different types of quinoa!

I am pre-op, so I will not post what I am planning to eat today :)

I am making a trip to GNC to buy my protein and my daughter and I have a date with a 10K walk.

I can't wait until she is big enough to pull me in the wagon

I really luv this daily post....I am only 2 weeks out, but it is a great tool to see amounts and what I should be eating. You guys are awesome!

Still getting the hang of things, so here is my menu for today :)

Breakfest: Protein shake
snack: cucumber and goat cheese
Lunch: Greek salad
snack: watermelon
dinner: protein shake

Might add another snack in there somewhere too :)
