What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Sorry to hear that your new meds are making you feel sick. My plan is 50 min run on treadmill with a 20 min sprint and than kickboxing class. After that maybe a swim. Not a work day for me today.

D homemade sauce with pasta. I be lucky if I get a 1/3 cup in.

Hi everyone! I'm home from vacation up a couple of pounds, so back to planning and tracking. I'm still having trouble with some foods, esp. dense proteins - it is what it is...
Work today, aquafit at lunch and visiting my daughter & granddaughter tonight (yay).
B - 1/2 c cottage cheese, skim latte
S - 1/2 c yogourt, 1/4 c granola/almonds
L - beef and bean chili
S - protein shake
D - ordering indian - hold the naan and rice ;-)

Having a bit of trouble with my eating and loosing of weight lately. I'm in a really long platueau, which is normal for me, except that I am running on average of 15-17km a week now. With all this added exercise, I was wondering why I wasn't loosing. Then I started tracking my food. Interesting results. Yesterdays totals were: 625 calories, 22 grams of fat, 72 carbs, and 70 grams of protein. I am totally not getting in enough calories, and my carbs are way high. I knew my carbs would be high because the carb monster has comsumed me. Ever since I started running, I am craving carbs like crazy!
Today's menu:
B- Vita Top Muffin, Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte
S- mild capacolo and a cheese string
L- Weigh****cher's Salisbury Steak
S- FF Cottage cheese with berry puree, green grapes
D- Baked porkchop and apples
S- Nectar Protein shake.
(even still, the carbs add up to 63 with the biggest offenders being the ity bitty muffin top, and the latte- Arg!!!)
