Good morning

Just a relaxing day so far. I think I am gonna go out and rip out my garden in a bit. Maybe I will get called into work later today... If that happens my menu might change a little.

I ate a "praeventia" bar, a new fibre bar I found at costco the other day, I find them quite tasty
B- honey nut cheerios, 2 slices bacon
L- tuna sandwich
D- bbq'd burgers minus the bun
snacks- trail mix, protein shake (maybe 2)

all water and vitamins in

Have a great day everyone :D

Is this a "normal" eating day for you Leanne?  Just asking because of the bar, bread, cereal, gravy, chips, potatoes......  I realize you're at goal and only a year out, so still have very good restriction and malabsorption, but this changes the further out you get.

Actually no, it's not a usual day.

I will re-evaluate my choices for today.  :)

Thank you Karen for pointing me in the right direction :D

Good reminder, Karen - I sometimes worry that I will relax my rationing a little too much as time goes by.

Had a great long walk yesterday, getting back to full strength after a long illness.
Hope to walk after work again today.

nice catch Karen

I hit that normalization just after my second year anniversary.. it was a bit of an "OH CRAP" moment, but the skills and food choices I had made to that point served me well
No bread, no cereal, no chips, no carbs .. no kidding

never get sucked into sugar, high carbs, those 100 calorie snack packs etc. because they will backfire later on

When it comes to hills it does. I hate doing the hills.Running up and down them for an hour not my thing. I did it though 7 times could have done 8 but I was done in and I needed to ride bike home.
