Optifast
I'm on day 3 of optifast and have lost 4 lbs. Good job sticking to it so far. I would really try and get that 4th shake in, try and schedule them every 4 hours. Start at 8am then noon then 4pm and then the last at 8pm. You really need all the calories and nutrients from 4 shakes so try to get them all in.
congrats ladies so far on your journey...remember opti is not to lose weight , its primary purpose is to shrink your liver...my wife has her surgery on Monday and she was told 3 is fine as a minimum. The idea of splitting the 4th one is fantastic as well...keep focused on the long term goals and successes that will come after opti
Congrats Lana! I am on day 5 of OF and feel terrible. I can only get 2 in per day up until today, day 5, and I am forcing a 3rd. Mostly becuase I think it is psych because it goes against everything I know to have anything chocolate or vanilla for meals and despite my obesity, I really do not like sweets. Tough going but my eyes are on the prize and worth it.
