Herbal remedies for skin elasticity?
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has used or heard of (or can recommend) any herbal remedies or special vitamins/creams/etc that helps improve skin elasticity during this weight loss journey??
Thanks in advance!

Palmer's cocoa butter
- they have a cream that states that it targets stretch marks due weight loss
- they have an oil that is nice too
can be purchased at Walmart
I also like Bio-Oil; initially my skin was very dry and dehydrated; the oil was soaked up right away.
And one more reason to make sure liquids are a daily priority.

Thanks very much for the reply! I will look for those!

i dont think that there is anything you can rub on your skin to make it more elastic than it is. Your skin is the way it is. Creams will give you the illusion of changing your skin, but i dont think that things like bio oil or vitamin e cream will change your skin.
keep hydrated.
your skin will not likely shrink back to the way it was before you were obese, (although it will shrink back some, with hydration and exercise). Particularly if you have stretch marks. They are tears in your skin, that will not reknit back into undamaged skin.
