Had these at the post-race breakfast that was served last weekend after my run. They were pretty good- a little gritty, but otherwise tasty. They had thrown in some chocolate chips and I had them anyways- didn't care for the few little chips that ended up in each pancake. I also brought my own sugar free syrup that I bought in the States. 25g of protein per serving, which is amazing for a plant product. I don't know the specific nut. info as it wasn't on the site, but am planning on emailing them. I know that hemp flour has tons of fibre as well, so the carb count may not bee too terrible.

I'd be interested in seeing the nut stats on this one - sugar is the third ingredient.

Yeah, I was wondering about that, but was hopeful since they didn't really taste too sweet.  Not as impressive as I had hoped.  Bummed out cause I so enjoyed them :P

I once tried the Dr. B diet program (and failed).  But the best thing in their cookbook is a lowfat cottage cheese and oatmeal pancake....also has vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed with mixing wand or a magic bullet.  Really good....let me know if anyone is interested in the recipe.
