Sorry I had a big long note that went with this and now its just gone......this site does this to me all the time, sorry ill update later.
Im feeling pretty good. Dr. Gmora was excellent and awesome! Couldnt have picked a better surgeon. In some pain due to gas right now and still cant have a BM but im sure it will come. Bought the Diabetic boost on my way home and will start tomorrow to get all 3 in.

Okay - hang on tight, cuz this part if the worst of it, and then you're off to the races.

Like any other surgery, you're gonna be whacked for a few days.
And then, just like bbies have to learn to eat first full fluids and then soft cereals and then soft fruits etc, your poor innard will have to learn all fo that all over again.
And they'er going to rebel from time to time.

Your greatest weapon is twofold.
Sip Sip Sip
and
Walk Walk Walk.

I know, sounds stupid, doesnt' it?
But it saved me.
