well officially on the bench! thanks for keeping a spot warm for me :) surgerywent well. morphine and percs r my friends right now. doctor said surgery went great and visited me this morning at 7:30, so did dr glazer. ive had amazing nurses so far!! get to leave tmrw :) anyway tyl

Referral was sent in April of 2011 and my Surgery is scheduled for Oct 20 of 2011 :D
