Crystal lite limits?

I was wondering if there is a limit of crystal lite that we should have.  If we have two L of liquid, can it be all from crystal lite?

I'm over 3 years out, all I drink is Crystal Light.   Can't drink water, and don't drink anything else.

 Hello there,in Guelph we are told not to drink too much crystal lite because of the artificial sweeteners it.  Artificial sweetenersbtend to make you think you're hungry more often.  They said to mix one package with triple the amount of recommended water.  I hope this helps you in some way, as every centre is different.

 Just recently I bought a bunch of crystal lite (grape flavoured) and noticed that it has the same amount of caffeine as an energy drink.  I will need to check all the flavours now before buying them.

Where did you find grape flavored Crystal Light?

I drink Crystal Light all day long. I have a 1L bottle and use 1 of those individual serving pouches for 500mL. I find it too sweet if I only use 500mL of water.

I don't remember Humber saying anything about limiting it.

Caffeine?  I would never have thought of finding that in Crystal lite. wow.  I will have to look now. lol

Grape - where? i'd really like that.

 I asked about the caffeine in Crystal Light (specifically in the iced tea kinds) and the dietian I asked at Humber River said it wasn't enough to be concerned about.  

i drink 90% of my water with crystal lite

i'd love to try the grape, where would you get that?
