Monday Weigh-In
i decreased what I was eating. I talked to a few people who were at goal to see just how much they were eating in a day, cause in reality I've never really seen what or how much people at goal ate, and realized that I was eating too much. I realized too that even though I knew i had to eat less, the reality or concept of it hadn't really sunk in until I stalled for what I thought was too long. It was really hard for me to realized/visualized that I just don't need that much food even at the reduced amount I was eating. So I listened, checked out what others ate during a day and cut back and started losing again. Even at almost 11 months out, I'm still learning and retraining myself.

- 4 pounds. Very happy with that and happy that I seem to be throwing up less lately! Woohoo! I think things are finally stretching out and relaxing in there and I might be able to start eating normally again :)
Went to the gym for an hour this morning for the first time in forever. Felt great to swim again!!!
