Question about protien shakes post surgery?
my go-to protein powder is the body fortress 100% whey isolate. (either chocolate or vanilla creme). i get the 2 pound tubs at walmart for $23 each.

I like the Syntrax Nectar products. The chocolate truffle is not a thick drink, the flavour reminds me of chocolate popsicles you used to get when I was a kid (I know, that really dates me). They have fruit flavours also - more like juice - light, not thick.

and then I doctor it to my liking with SF syrups and usually a 1/2 small bannana..sort of makes it into a milkshake (in my brain anyway)~!!
