How much did you lose on Opti Fast?

Hi, I was on it for 2 weeks and lost 16 pounds. I did my normal walking/swimming/gym routine throughout the two weeks.

I was on for 2 weeks and lost 22 lbs. Didn't exercise at all. My liver was quite large and that is probably why I lost so much, the purpose is to shrink the liver.

For me I was on it for 2 weeks and lost 9 lbs. As for exercise, I just did alot of walking.
