Windsor Homework Help (SW)

Please help. I've misplaced my green folder and want to be sure I have all my homework done for the SW on Thursday. Can anyone fill me in here? This is for my second visit.

I think your best bet would be Jake or Weatherpc.  Jake is post op and appears to still have his records.

edit, so I just spent 20 minutes scanning and resizing the pages and for some reason they arent showing up on here.

I found the papers, but not the folder..lol. Thanks for posting the jpegs . I don't have the second one, but I do have the first one. What is asked on the first page is what I've been doing. The second page wasn't discussed with me at my first meeting. Who did you meet with?

I met with Charmaine for my first visit, and the other gal for my 2nd appt.

Thanks Jake. I had Michelle, the "other gal", and she was wonderful. I hope I see her on Thursday too. She ripped the second page off of the first page and threw it out saying I didn't need it. It all came back to me last night when I found the missing papers. I'll be good with the journaling. I just didn't do as well with the nutritionist and was panicking at the time.

yes I liked Michelle very much, Charmaine not so much. I hope you see Michelle on Thursday as well :)

I had Sharmaine today, not Michelle, but things went somewhat well. I say somewhat because she said I have made progress in my ways of thinking about food, but she wanted to lock me in for the holidays, meaning she wants to test my dedication. I go back to the nutritionist Dec 30, and if I gain even 0.1 of a lb, I will have to schedule more appointments rather than get approved for surgery. She was very pleasant, but very strict and forward.

wow that is strict for sure. Hopefully you get Michelle on the 30th :)
