I add 2tsp brown sugar splenda to the 500ml container.

Brown sugar Splenda is 50% sugar. You might find that you can't eat it after surgery and that you need something sugar-free.

I like it with chopped olives or spicy pepper or garlic and dill or coriander. Somehow I don't like it sweet.
