Ooooh.  Thanls for the advice on that one.  I already have chaos and destruction living in my home.  Their names are Emily (4), and Olivia (6).  Haha!  I already have enough of that...no need to add more!  I am hoping his former foster parent didn't naame him after living with him for a while, or I might be in trouble.  :)

I am not a pet person but here are a few suggestions:

Basketball (I believe tabbys are striped?)

Sweet Potato

I also liked someones suggestion along the lines of macaroni...you could call him K.D. (Kraft Dinner)

You could go with quite a few different names. Cinnamon, Chicklet, Hobbs and other names not related to orange, like Harmony, Picalo, Nermal, Razzamataz, there are just to many possibilities to have fun with.

Have you thought about looking up orange in google translate in different languages?

Example.   In japanese my cat neko means Cat,  Seijo (say-jo) means "second to none", and seishou ai means "live laugh love".

Catnip

BTW  orange in japanese is daidaiiro (said like die die e ro)

Citrate or Bust (a few bones) !

How about FANTA? Like the Orange flavored soda pop. Seems to me it works for a boy or a girl.
