In my experience I've always gotten cold hands after weight loss and not necessarily after surgery.  I guess it's taking the good with the bad!!

I, too, am just plain cold!  I turnup the heat, grab a blanket, and sit on the air vent in the floor - that's how I warm up!  Talk about toasty . . . until you take the blanket off, then I'm cold again.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Neither, I am pretty sure it is not a heart attack :)

I'm freezing all the time.  Now is the time to adopt the old saying, "cold hands, warm heart".

first time in my life I am wearing sweaters to work and yes cold hands all the time.  I have to have a hot shower befor bed otherwise I spend my night freezing and takes a long time to warm up.  My husband used to snuggle up for heat and now he is like eww your cold don't touch LOL Even added extra blankets to my bed.

I have noticed that as I lose weight, I feel the cold more. Wearing warmer clothes now which I prefer to taking clothes off because I'm too hot!!

I'm freezing my @ss off all the time too! But I thought it was just winter outside, or I'm too stubborn to turn up the thermostat. I am spending my recovery cuddling with heating pads and fuzzy fleece blankets...
