Hamilton/Burlington WLS Support Meeting

Hello All!  Our next meeting will be THIS Saturday, February 18th instead of the end of month norm.  We meet at the Police Services Bldg., 3800 Southampton Blvd., Burlington, ON  Meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs until approx. noon.

This month's meeting is a recipe share.  Bring a recipe that you have tried that you love.  Of course, it needs to follow the guidelines for proper WLS eating plans.  Bring enough copies for everyone if you can (approx. 10)  Some people last month even hinted at bringing in thier recipie for everyone to taste!

I look forward to seeing everyone again and hope we see some new faces too!

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend, as i have my annual Buffalo shopping day that day.  I didn't realize that it was this weekend.

So sorry to miss it, but I have been wanting to do my shopping for some time now.

 can anyone go that has had the surgery I had it done in december and i have been looking for places that have meetings

Hi there!  Yes, please join us.  The more the merrier.  We have people who have had surgery 5 years ago and as early as last month.  I look forward to meeting you!

 I have been looking for a support group in the Hamilton/Burlington area.. but this weekend is my birthday shopping trip to Erie PA.   

Well Happy Birthday!  Shopping is always my sport of choice for celebrating too!  Have a great time in Erie.  Maybe you can tell us about the great places to shop during our March meeting!
