Off to work again for me.

L- leftover salisbury steak, if I don't want this(sometimes reheated meat doesn't agree with me), I also have cheese and crackers
D- chicken
snacks- almonds, grapes, hard boiled egg, protein shake, couple squares of a caramilk bar (YEP!
)all liquids and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!
Gonna try & get back to the gym this week. No headache this morning & hopefully no sciatica today. I really think that's the reason the scale hasnt moved - because I haven't!
On the menu today:

L: Leftover Swiss Chalet (1/2 breast)
D: Pot Roast w/ Veggies
S: BBQ Chicken, Grape Tomatoes & Protein Shake
Before/After Gym: Quest Bar
Back to classes and the regular routine (had "reading week" last week). I'm finally going to get my wedding and engagement rings sized today, then off to school and will be there until 9 pm. Ugh.
B - Greek yogurt, strawberries, Kashi Go Lean
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - turkey, grapes
S - old cheddar, 2 ww crackers
D - leftover Cajun red beans and rice with turkey sausage (1/4C rice)
S - protein shake

feeling so bad about the subway collector getting shot - what a horrible thing.
And my godson just started his job with VIA - first day alone on the train was today - he's a little nervous.
Life is just a box 'o choclits, isn't it?
