Good morning everyone

Off to work again for me.

B- toast w/PB an a banana
L- leftover salisbury steak, if I don't want this(sometimes reheated meat doesn't agree with me), I also have cheese and crackers
D- chicken
snacks- almonds, grapes, hard boiled egg, protein shake, couple squares of a caramilk bar (YEP! )

all liquids and vitamins in

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

I'm on my way to work. Working 10-6 this week. Don't mind it - the subways aren't jam packed with people. Still no loss on the scale but I have lost another couple of inches on my waist & hips.

Gonna try & get back to the gym this week. No headache this morning & hopefully no sciatica today. I really think that's the reason the scale hasnt moved - because I haven't!

On the menu today:

B: Protein Shake
L: Leftover Swiss Chalet (1/2 breast)
D: Pot Roast w/ Veggies
S: BBQ Chicken, Grape Tomatoes & Protein Shake
Before/After Gym: Quest Bar

Good morning.

Back to classes and the regular routine (had "reading week" last week).  I'm finally going to get my wedding and engagement rings sized today, then off to school and will be there until 9 pm.  Ugh.

B - Greek yogurt, strawberries, Kashi Go Lean
S - milky decaf tea x 2
L - turkey, grapes
S - old cheddar, 2 ww crackers
D - leftover Cajun red beans and rice with turkey sausage (1/4C rice)
S - protein shake

Good morning everyone. At work today and really don't feel like being here. I feel like it's going to be a long day :(

B - 150 g Greek yogurt with bran buds and blueberries
S - Cheese String
L - 3 ounces of chicken and veggies
S - Peperette
D - 3 ounces of steak with friend bell pepers
S - Almonds

Morning -

feeling so bad about the subway collector getting shot - what a horrible thing.
And my godson just started his job with VIA - first day alone on the train was today - he's a little nervous.
Life is just a box 'o choclits, isn't it?

Back from a great vacation with the family.

Found all the restaurant dining difficult, but stuck to my program.

Down 3 pounds over 12 days.

B- 1c cereal with fresh blueberries
S- 2 light Babybels
L - 2.5 oz tune, 1/2 slice rye bread, 5 mini carrots
S- 100g Greek Yogurt
Dinner - TBD
Snack ???
