Good morning everyone!

Up early today. I have decided to get a mani/pedicure today. I can't wait! Then I'm off to work til 9 tonight.

B- scrambled egg
L- turkey keilbasa (Thanks Karen and Joyce! It IS better!), cheese and triscuits
D- mealtloaf
snacks- greek yoguart with bran buds, almonds, not too sure of anything else

All liquids and vitamins in

S - light cheese, crackers
L - i've got soup in my cupboard at work, not sure what kind
S - yogurt with bran
D - i've got salmon i took out of the freezer the other day, i'll need to cook that today, with some kind of veggie
S - unsure just yet

The old man said he'd go roller skating with me tonight, so i hope he keeps up his end of the bargain.

2 cups of Tim Hortons Blueberry White Tea with 1/4 c milk

Breakfast:  Quaker Oats (1/3 C dry)

2 cups decaf coffee with 1/2 c milk

Snack: Maybe an egg
yogourt with 1/4 c Fibre 1

Lunch: 1 C thick homemade pea soup
14 grams of Nonni's croutons from Costco ( love'em!)

some more to drink

Snack: 1/2 C grape tomatoes
              1/2 C cucumber slices
Low fat ranch dressing

Snack: Maybe a veggie burger
yogurt with 1tbsp flax seed

Dinner: ?

More to Drink 2 C's 

Snack: a fruit and a veggie

TGIF hahaha and I only worked 2 days this week because I was so sick.

B - 4 tbsp of oatmeal with 1 tbsp of sucralose
S - Cheese String
L - 4 ounces of chicken
S - Peperette
D - Chicken con queso and veggies
S - Probably nothing

All water and vits in
