Hi everyone!
I've been having some trouble with excess stomach acid for the last 2 weeks, which has left me a little wary of food. The upshot is my calorie intake has dropped, and my weight with it (who would have guessed? LOL).

Down 7 lbs for the week, and 197 lbs in total. Nice, but I'm going to have to get this under control.

It was so nice meeting you too, and I hope you were pleased with your appointments. I think the TWH people are pretty swell. I'm so glad you weren't offended when I introduced myself, but I have been drawn to your photo ever since you starting posting here, and couldn't help myself (haha). Now that I see you're from London, it all makes sense - I'm from Leamington, so there must be some SW Ontario vibes going on too!
All the very best to you, and say hello to your Aunt for me. I'm glad if I was of some help, because it IS scarry for those who care about us!
