I keep bouncing up and down the same 3 - 4 - 5 pounds, since before i was on vacation. I thought i had lost while on vacation, but turns out that was just a "good" weigh in. Argh, its frustrating. Trying to get the carbs under control.

January 14th- Scope - was supposed to be Dec 17th but got changed.   : (
