Does anyone have the phone number (direct line or extension) for the Sudbury Bariatric Clinic?

I am currently having difficulties with my transfer, and I have the actual Ont. Bariatric Registry trying to smooth the road for me...

Has anyone else successfully transferred to the Sudbury Clinic as a post-op?

Hi Toni,

I was referred to Sudbury so can't help you with the transfer but I do have the direct number.

You can call Line at 705-671-5611 Extension 2918. She is very helpful. You often get her voicemail but she always calls back.
